This page explains what personal data we process when you visit this website or contact us, why, and what your rights are. It is written to meet the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Visiting the website
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you open a page, your browser sends technical data that every website receives, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Cloudflare processes this data to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. We do not use it to identify you.
We use no cookies, no analytics and no tracking or advertising tools. Fonts and images are loaded from our own website, not from third parties.
Contacting us and the sign-up form
The sign-up form does not send or store anything on this website. It opens your own email program with a message to hello@jointhesalesstage.com, containing the name, email address and note you entered. When you send that email, or write to us directly, we receive your name, email address and message.
We use this data only to reply to you and to let you know about Open Stage evenings and sessions. Our email is hosted by Google (Google Workspace).
We delete your messages when they are no longer needed for this, and at the latest when you ask us to.
Service providers and data abroad
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — website hosting and security.
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC, USA) — email.
These providers may process data outside Switzerland, including in the USA. Transfers rely on recognised safeguards, such as the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

Our LinkedIn page is a link only. LinkedIn receives data from you only once you click it and visit their site, under their own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop using it. Write to hello@jointhesalesstage.com. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We will update this page when we change how we process data, for example when member accounts are introduced.
